A Canadian client was in need of restructuring the organization to allow the President more time to focus on strategic matters and empowerment of its managers and staff to place it in a better position to explore its growth potential.

Andersen & Associates conducted interviews with all key managers to reveal “joys and frustrations” which uncovered the need for the President to make some behavioral modifications; a new organizational structure complete with new Job Descriptions; the introduction of Management by Objectives and a Bonus Program for the Management Team; and new Procedures & Guidelines.

The client benefited greatly from the actions taken with a smoother running operation through:
