A Canadian client desired to establish a viable export business to Australia and New Zealand without stretching its organization in human and financial terms. The business required market and risk assessment and operational transparency to ensure its branded personal care products would be handled consistent with its Canadian business and marketing objectives leading to steady growth in sales and brand equity.

Andersen & Associates was contracted to conduct the initial market assessment. This led to designing and completing extensive consumer research which validated the brand’s market potential. Andersen & Associates explored distributor potentials and identified a local distributor which matched the service requirements and chemistry necessary to complete collaboration between the parties. The project was completed to the client’s satisfaction and is currently in the implementation planning stage.
